1. Participation & Eligibility
QB Four U provides quarterback and flag football training programs for youth athletes through in-person and online platforms.
All participants under the age of 18 must be registered and approved by a parent or legal guardian.
By enrolling in any program, the parent or guardian confirms that:
- The athlete is physically capable of participating
- All provided information is accurate and complete
- They understand the nature of both in-person and online athletic training activities
2. Assumption of Risk (In-Person & Online Training)
Participation in football and flag football training—whether in person or online—involves inherent physical risks.
For in-person training, risks may include physical contact, drills, equipment use, and training environments.
For online or remote training, risks may include injury resulting from:
- Performing drills without direct, in-person supervision
- Improper execution of movements
- Home or off-site training environments
By participating in QB Four U programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and/or your child. QB Four U is not responsible for injuries resulting from participation, except where required by law.
3. Training Services & Coaching
QB Four U provides skill development, coaching instruction, and educational guidance through:
- Group training
- Private training
- Camps and clinics
- Online or virtual training programs
While we strive to support athlete development, QB Four U does not guarantee specific athletic outcomes, including team placement, scholarships, rankings, or performance results.
Program structure, content, delivery format, and schedules may change to maintain quality, safety, and effectiveness.
4. Online Training Responsibilities
For athletes participating in online or virtual training, the parent or guardian agrees that:
- The athlete has adequate space and a safe environment to train
- The athlete will follow all provided instructions and guidelines
- A parent or responsible adult will supervise training when appropriate
QB Four U is not responsible for injuries, equipment issues, or environmental factors related to at-home or remote training.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Access
- In-person sessions must be scheduled in advance
- Online training access, calls, or sessions will be provided according to the selected program
- Missed sessions or unused online content do not guarantee refunds or rescheduling
- QB Four U reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
6. Payments & Refunds
- Payment is required prior to participation unless otherwise stated
- Fees for training, camps, memberships, or online programs are non-refundable unless explicitly specified
- Refund requests due to injury or special circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
7. Athlete Conduct & Expectations
QB Four U is built on respect, discipline, and leadership.
Athletes—both in-person and online—are expected to:
- Show respect to coaches and fellow athletes
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Demonstrate appropriate behavior and accountability
QB Four U reserves the right to suspend or remove participation or online access for conduct that negatively impacts the program or community.
8. Photo, Video & Digital Content Use
QB Four U may capture photos, videos, or digital recordings during in-person or online sessions for educational and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
By participating, you grant permission for this use unless a written request opting out is submitted.
9. Online Content & Intellectual Property
All online materials, including videos, drills, training plans, and educational resources, are the intellectual property of QB Four U.
You agree not to:
- Share login credentials
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce content
- Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission
Access to online programs is for personal use only.
10. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
