Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Girls Only and Co-Ed training?

The training structure and standards are the same.

The Girls Only program provides a focused environment specifically for girls flag quarterbacks, with emphasis on confidence, identity, and flag-specific development.

The Co-Ed program includes both boys and girls training together in a competitive small-group setting. Parents can choose the pathway that best supports their athlete.

What is the difference between the 3-session package and the 4-month program?

The 3-Session Foundations package is a short-term introduction designed to assess mechanics and introduce our development structure.

The 4-Month Development Program is a structured progression system. Athletes train weekly, we provide them with drills that the can/must do at home to keep progressing, and build mechanics, football IQ, and leadership habits over time. The 4-month program is for athletes serious about long-term growth.

Are these sessions just throwing workouts?

No. These are structured quarterback development sessions. Each session follows a progression model that includes:

  • Mechanics refinement
  • Footwork and base consistency
  • Situational football
  • Decision-making
  • Leadership habits

How many athletes are in each session?

All group sessions are limited to a maximum of 12 athletes.
This ensures:
– Personal accountability
– Quality instruction
– Individual feedback
– Efficient repetitions

Also, most of the time there will be two coaches per session, unless there’s something unforseen.

What ages do you train?

Our programs are designed for youth and middle school quarterbacks.
Mainly 8-13 years old.

However we are also working with some tackle high school quarterbacks and also girls that are playing the position in high school.

How do I enroll?

Select your preferred package and complete checkout through our secure registration system.

Spots are limited due to small group size.

Do you train beginners?

Absolutely. We focus heavily on fundamentals and mechanics, which makes our program appropriate for both beginners and developing quarterback.

However, athletes must be willing to learn and commit to the process.

How do I know which package is right for my child?

If your athlete is new to structured quarterback training, the 3-session Foundations package is a great starting point. We want to build trust first.

If your athlete needs personalized instruction or advanced refinement, the 1-on-1 package is recommended.

Is the 4-month program paid monthly?

Families can choose:
* $900 Paid in Full (best value)
* 3 monthly payments totaling $1000
Payment plans allow flexibility while maintaining commitment.

Do sessions expire?

Yes.

The 3-session package expires 4 weeks from the first session.

The 4-month development Program is a 12 session program that runs on a structured weekly schedule over four consecutive months.

Consistency is key to development. This is what makes us different, here the kids get proper development plan and not only throwing hours.

Note: always talk to us if you have any conflict.

What if my child misses a session?

We understand that conflicts can happen.

Because our programs are structured and capped, make-up sessions are not guaranteed. Please communicate in advance if an absence is unavoidable.
